Account Deletion Request
If you wish to delete your Nuveli account and all associated data, there are two methods:
1. From Within the App (Recommended)
The fastest way:
- Open the Nuveli app
- Go to Settings → Delete Account
- On the confirmation screen, tap "Permanently Delete My Account"
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.
2. Via Email Request
If you cannot access the app, send us an email with the following:
- Your registered email address
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Send from the same email address used to create the account (for verification)

Requests are processed within 3 business days and you will receive a confirmation email.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, all of the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account information (email, profile)
- All meal records and analyses
- Water and weight tracking data
- AI coach chat history
- Device notification tokens
- Usage statistics
⚠️ Irreversible action: Once your account is deleted, data cannot be recovered. This action cannot be undone.
Retention Period
After account deletion:
- Anonymous analytics data: Fully deleted within 90 days (GDPR/KVKK compliant)
- Legal obligations: Some data may be retained for tax/legal reasons (max 5 years) in anonymous form
- Backup systems: Removed from backups within 30 days
