Terms of Service
1. Service Description
Nuveli offers wellness features including photo-based meal analysis, AI coach support, water and weight tracking. AI estimates are approximate values, not exact measurements.
2. Age Limit
Nuveli serves users 18 years of age and older only. Age verification is performed during registration. Use of the app by anyone under 18 is prohibited.
3. User Responsibilities
- User is responsible for the accuracy of provided information.
- Account credentials are personal, not to be shared with others.
- You may not use the app for illegal purposes.
- The following activities are prohibited:
- Attempting to access other users' accounts
- Disrupting service infrastructure (DDoS, scraping, API abuse)
- Spreading misleading or false health information
- Attempting to make the AI produce inappropriate content
- Uploading content that infringes copyright
4. Health Disclaimer
This app does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice for any health condition. For your specific situation (pregnancy, chronic illness, eating disorder history, etc.), consult a healthcare professional.
5. Subscription and Payment
Premium subscription is managed via Apple App Store or Google Play. If you cancel within the 7-day trial period, no charge is made. Cancellation is processed through the relevant store.
Service plans:
- Free plan: 3 AI meal analyses per day, 5 coach messages per day, basic reports.
- Pro plan: Unlimited AI analyses, unlimited coach messages, weekly summary, monthly insights, advanced charts. 7-day free trial.
6. Intellectual Property
Nuveli app, brand, design, and content belong to Nuveli. Cannot be copied without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nuveli cannot be held responsible for damages arising from use. AI estimate accuracy is not guaranteed; user makes decisions at own responsibility.
8. Changes
If these terms change, an in-app notification is provided. Users who do not accept updated terms may delete their account.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices. The authority of Consumer Arbitration Committees for users qualifying as consumers under Turkish law is reserved.
For purchases made through Apple App Store and Google Play, the respective stores' own terms also apply.
